Purushottam Anand has spent his career at the intersection of law and industries that didn't yet have a rulebook. He built his practice advising startups and enterprises operating in some of the world's most legally complex and fast-evolving technology sectors — and developed a rare fluency in turning regulatory uncertainty into strategic clarity.
Before founding Solvo Legal, Anand honed his expertise at EY and leading law firm Lumiere Law Partners, advising global names including Microsoft, Adobe, Mercedes, Sony, NTT Data, and Rayban. That foundation — big-firm rigour, multinational complexity — informs everything he does today.
A certified Blockchain & Law professional (Blockchain Council) and member of the Blockchain Working Group, IET India, Anand holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) and LLM. in Business Laws from National Law University, Delhi. He built Solvo Legal on a single conviction: that startups in dynamic industries deserve legal counsel that doesn't just keep up — it leads the way.
